Aleigha K Spinks
Aleigha K. Spinks, Founder of Kaleidocircle Productions in NYC, is a saucy 'lil actress who wears too much black, drinks too much coffee, and should probably wash her mouth out with soap. Hailing from Rochester, NY, she is a proud graduate of The New York Film Academy. You can catch her in Tryhane Red Film's webseries 'The Edge' or in Kaleidocircle Productions webseries 'The Realest Estate.'
Amanda Wilson
Amanda Wilson is a proud graduate of Circle in the Square Theatre School after earning her B.A. in Theatre from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. Recent stage credits include Super! The Musical (MITF), The Ded Sullivan Show (End Times Productions), Cory in Wanda's World (Laughing Giraffe Productions, Off-Broadway and 1st Regional Tour), Gabriella in Boeing Boeing (Brookes Stage Co.), Nance in Female Transport (Circle in the Square PW), and Cinderella in Into the Woods (Circle in the Square PW). Amy Sheehan
Amy Sheehan received her BFA from NYU Tisch in 2008 studying at Atlantic Theater Company and Stonestreet Studios. When not fulfilling the performance bug as an actor she is writing/rocking with her band The LoveHowl. Or tenderly feeding her cats Bruce and Dirty Snowball
Annie McCoy
Annie McCoy was last seen as Katy Fox in Splitfoot performed in Edinburgh. Precious credits include Anna in Gageing Noel, Masha in the Seagull and Little Red in Into the Woods. She is a graduate of Circle in the Square.
Camille Shandle
Camille Shandle is an NYC-based actress and a graduate of the William Esper Studio. She loves ‘artsy athletics’ and has trained (or at least dabbled in) competitive swimming, surfing, dance, various martial arts, and gymnastics. Camille is excited and thankful to be involved with The Artist’s Sandbox. She sincerely believes that together we are stronger, and is excited to be part of a group dedicated to maintaining a fertile playground for art that brings people together in its creation
Christian Paxton
Christian Paxton grew up in Lynchburg, Virginia and fell in love with storytelling at an early age. After getting her undergraduate degree in English from the University of Virginia, she attended Michael Howard Studio’s One-Year Conservatory in New York. She has been lucky enough to work with some very notable teachers such as Harold Guskin, Patsy Rodenburg, and Bob Krakower. Most recently, she became a member of the Wynn Handman studio. Her favorite playwright is her southern constituent, Tennessee Williams. She loves nothing more than a character with a little rebellion in them! She is so grateful to have been invited into The Artist's Sandbox and is nothing but enthusiastic for its future!!
Courtney Dahl
Courtney Dahl received her BFA in Musical Theatre with a Dance Concentration from Otterbein University, and some of her favorite credits include Joan (Dames at Sea), Lettie (Something’s Afoot), and Young Adele/Cassie (Quadratic).
Danielle Aziza
Danielle Aziza grew up performing in the Caribbean on her home island of Anguilla. She went on to study Women's Studies and Religion at Tuft University where she discovered a passion for social justice. After moving to New York, she decided to combine her love of theatre with her belief in community. She has brought theater to the streets in all 5 boroughs and is now in her third year as the Director of Theater for the New City's Arts-in-Education program. Danielle is in love with the creativity and freedom of theater and is looking forward to experiencing all its variations. Check out her experimental work @atheatregenesi
David Alexander
David Alexander is originally from Virginia, where he graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in Drama. He has performed with the Living Theatre, the Flea Theater, and in a number of performance art pieces, as well as independent films in New York and New Orleans.
Erin Repp
Erin Repp is stoked to be a company member with The Artist's Sandbox. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Erin is a recent graduate of the drama department at the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU where she spent her time studying in the Experimental Theatre Wing and Stonestreet Studios. Favorite productions at NYU include playing Timm in Jesse at ETW and directing the StudentWorks production of Leslye Headland's Bachelorette. Check out more about Erin at erincrepp.com!
Katrina Leung
Katrina Leung is a performing artist based in New York. She has a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Dance from Haverford College/Bryn Mawr College, where she studied dance under the guidance of Dr. Linda Caruso Havilland and developed her ear for music as a member of the all female acapella group the Haverford College Outskirts. After college, she attended the Powerhouse Theater Training Program as an acting apprentice. In New York she has work with Current Harbor and Born Dancing. She is very excited and thankful to be a part of The Artist's Sandbox!
Kristin Guerin
Kristin Guerin is currently in the hit Off-Broadway musical, The Imbible: A Spirited History of Drinking, playing an open-run at the SoHo Playhouse. Kristin is also currently shooting Saturn's Window, a feature film by renowned filmmaker Quanah Hicks. Other Off-Broadway credits: Aesop's Fables (New World Stages), Piggy Nation: The Musical (Snapple Theatre Center) and Angelina Ballerina (Vital Theater). Lauren Mui
Lauren Mui stretched her range of acting--from Twelfth Night (Maria) to Troilus and Cressida (Agamemnon)--studying at Tisch, and The Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London. She is originating a role in Student Body (Daisy) and learning "the method" at the The Lee Strasberg Institute of Film and TV. Lauren is enthusiastic to partake in the future and continuation of art's ability to innovate this world into a more equal, healthier, and wiser place to live- and, lastly, to be a member of The Artist's Sandbox. Lauren Tyrrell
Lauren Tyrrell has recently appeared in The Danaid for Thespis Theater Festival and performed in Encores for Chamber Theatre Productions. Film favorites include: Curing Eve, a short indie, and Shame, a feature. She is a graduate of Circle in the Square Theatre School and received her B.A. from SUNY New Paltz. When she’s not acting, Lauren enjoys being outdoors hiking. She is excited to be a part of The Artist’s Sandbox.
Matthew Royality-Lindman
Matthew Royality-Lindman is excited to be a part of the Artist's Sandbox. Some of his favorite roles include: Roger (RENT), Emcee (Cabaret), Tom (Glass Menagerie), Katurian (Pillowman), and Matt (The Fantasticks).
Molly Gervis
Molly Gervis had such a blast working with The Artist's Sandbox for their first musical! Besides Susan in Tick, Tick... BOOM with The Artist's Sandbox, favorite regional roles include Olive in ...Spelling Bee, Maria in West Side Story, and Mallory / Avril in City of Angels. A double major in theatre & music from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA, she is psyched to be living in NYC. Pablo Ito
Pablo Ito started his career as a performer in Okinawa, Japan. He studied acting at HB Studio, dancing at Broadway Dance Center and singing with many vocal coaches. He has been performing in several musicals, cabaret shows and dance concerts. His recent Off-Broadway credits include“Sleepy Hollow”, “Cinderella” and “Miss Saigon”. He is grateful for being involved with The Artist's Sandbox. He is very excited to create art with so many talented artists.
Peter Staley
Peter Staley is super excited to be joining the burgeoning Artists' Sandbox. Peter feels lucky to participate in a group with commitment to creating good art in an environment that fosters discovery and artistic exploration. Recent credits include Cabaret (Clifford Bradshaw), Machinal (Lawyer for the Defense/Roe's Friend), Company (Paul), and Closer (Larry).
Rachel Switlick
Rachel Switlick is a performer/choreographer with a particular interest in interdisciplinary collaborative work. Originally from Punxsutawney, PA, Rachel holds a BFA in Dance and BA in English from The Ohio State University. She has danced at the 2012 New Prague Dance Festival and at the Tate Museum of Modern Art in London, UK. Rachel’s two years of independent research in interdisciplinary collaborative art terminology, “Words Interlacing Works,” took second place in Arts and Architecture at the Denman Research Forum in 2013. This work led to “Polyphony: A Collection of Collaborative Projects,” which brought together over 35 artists from the disciplines of dance, music, theatre, and visual art. She is thrilled to be in a company of so many passionate individuals and looks forward to contributing to the work The Artist’s Sandbox creates.
Tom Mezger
Tom Mezger is a Brooklyn-based actor. Originally from Sacramento, CA, he graduated from Boston College in 2014 (Theater Arts and Psychology). He has performed, devised, and improvised in Boston, Seattle, Minneapolis, and New York. Favorite credits include The Three Musketeers, Closer, Spring Awakening, The 39 Steps, and Seenus & Vureena: An Improvisation Exploration
